Your tour will start when one of our representatives picks you up from your hotel in Soma Bay and drives you to the Cairo airport, where you will meet your Egyptologist guide who will show you all the city’s top landmarks, including:
Giza Pyramids Complex
Since 2600 BC, the three enormous pyramids of Giza—Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—as well as the magnificent Sphinx have stood in the center of Cairo, making this area the most comprehensive example of ancient Egyptian art and architecture.
The Great Pyramid
Since 2580 BC, King Khufu’s enormous pyramid has stood in the city of Giza as his eternal resting place. Its 147-meter height and extremely sophisticated internal architecture earned it the distinction of being one of just two remaining seven wonders of the ancient world.
The Great Sphinx
The famous statue of pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC) in his own likeness, with the whole physical appearance of a sitting lion, stands in front of the enormous second pyramid of Khafre with the only objective of safeguarding the cultural legacy of this ancient civilization.
The Valley Temple
Imagine a huge temple, the valley temple, constructed in the old kingdom (2686–2134 BC) where the ancient kings and queens’ bodies were mummified in order to cheat time and obtain immortality.
Following lunch, you head to a restaurant with a view of the Nile and a pyramid.
The Egyptian Museum
More than 150,000 artifacts from the ancient historical periods of ancient Egypt, including the mummies of kings and queens, made of rocks like limestone granite, and more, as well as rich materials like precious stones and more frequently gold, can be found in the entirety of Tutankhamen’s treasures, are housed in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, which displays the immortally beautiful essence of the ancient Egyptian civilization.
You can head all the way to your 5* hotel in Cairo to spend the entire overnight.
