Tour Itinerary

Morning time, you will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada then you will be taken by an air-conditioned car to Luxor to fully explore:

Valley of the Kings

The greatest kings and queens of Egypt’s new monarchy (1570–1070 BC) used the Valley of the Kings as a gateway to paradise. Ramses II, Amenhotep I, Hatshepsut, and Tutankhamun’s remains are among the 63 tombs in the valley that are home to remarkable artefacts, statues, jewels, and decorations. In 1979, UNESCO designated the Valley of the Kings as a World Heritage site.

Hatshepsut Temple

Hatshepsut Temple, which dates back to 1479 BC, is a representation of the paradise known as Djeser-Djeseru “Holy of Holies” and is a sign of idealism, allure, and power to one of the most successful monarchs in the annals of ancient Egypt, Queen Hatshepsut. It was made in homage to Hatshepsut’s outstanding heritage and to the creator deity Amun. Based on the new kingdom’s Classical Architecture, the temple’s architecture is hypnotizing and beautiful.

Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon are two enormous pieces of quartzite sandstone that are 720 tonnes each, stand 18 metres (60 feet) tall, and resemble Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386–1350). They have travelled a significant distance from Cairo to Luxor to serve as the city’s guardians. The colossi were damaged by an earthquake in 27 BC, rebuilt in 199 AD, and made renowned by the Vocal Memnon phenomena in the Greco-Roman era.

You will then have your lunch before heading to:

Karnak Temple

The skies intervened and encircled the Karnak Temple with grandeur and majesty, giving it the name Ipet-isu. When it was created more than 4,000 years ago, it was the Most Selected of Places & Pr-Imn House of Amon. For more than 1500 years, it has been one of the largest sacred buildings ever built by humans. It has served as a place of worship for many different gods, including Osiris, Ptah, and Isis, but was predominantly devoted to the Theban triad, which was made up of Amun, Mut, and Khnsou.

You will then end your Luxor day trip from Hurghada by transferring back to your hotel in Hurghada in a private air-conditioned car.
